Important update for customers. Legacy FREE 4SC dedicated editions on V20

There are important customer licensing updates coming into effect, 4 February 2025 for 4SC free edition users. Read on for more details.

Legacy FREE 4SC dedicated editions on V20

• These licenses will continue to work until the end of 2025 for up to 4 sim calls.

• In 2026 although still renewable, they will be limited to 2 sim calls.

• If you require more than 2 sim calls you have the following options:

  • Option 1: either upgrade to a commercial key

  • Option 2: or migrate to 3CX SMB Free or via 3CX.com

  • Option 3: or migrate to a partner-managed multi-tenant edition

• Free edition users still on V18 will have to upgrade to V20 by 31st March 2025 to continue the use of their current 2SC license.
