Tony and his team have surpassed every definition of "good customer service"! Simply put, this company knows their product, stands by their commitments, and does what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. We asked Tony to provide a quote for us for a system. When we accepted the quote, he was very responsive in getting us set up and trained with the system. This in itself is not unusual for many companies. However, we are located on Vancouver Island - and to have a mainland company willing to come to the Island and train our staff AND to not charge us an exorbitant amount is often unheard of. Tony is quick to respond to our questions and even offered to put up our Xmas greeting for us (somehow sensing that I was having difficulties lol).
